Standard Parts for Mills

While our team supplies entire sections of paper machinery, we also supply spare parts and components for mills. Our history of supplying parts goes back to 1948, when LG Industries was founded as an equipment supplier to the paper industry. In 2001, R-V Industries purchased LG and brought that experience and history of excellence in supplying parts.

Auto Guide

Auto Guides

Automatic guides provide fabric tracking control for a variety of machine applications. All R-V guides are fabricated with 316L stainless steel for longtime corrosion resistance with durable rubber bellows to control guide housing position.

Hand Guides

The economically manufactured hand guide is built with stainless steel material on components susceptible to corrosion with painted ductile iron bases

Reels

Our experience with reel components and systems, illustrated below with the horizontal track reel, unwind assembly, and return rail operates in a fully automated process for optimal production.

Roll Doctors

Our roll doctors typically use a spring-loaded pressure rig with a split-bearing housing design. This allows doctor removal and reinstallation with loading angle resetting.

Roll Dolly

R-V roll dollies are ruggedly made. Fabricated out of customer-specified steel (depending on the moisture exposure) with semi-steel or polyurethane-covered wheels, they provide ease maneuvering of rolls where overhead cranes are not present.

Tail Cutter

The standard R-V tail cutter is often used on fine paper applications. It’s manufactured and enclosed in stainless steel, with a hinged service cover to allow easy cleaning and maintenance for optimal performance.

The patented TL™ Roll was engineered with maintenance and spare storage in mind. It has removable and interchangeable journals, yet has been mill proven to maintain balance and T.I.R. quality.
